Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We use these major carriers to ship our items: UPS, FedEx and USPS,Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Orders at least $35.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $5.95 for Standard Shipping.
- $3.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $35.00. Most orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day.
- At PSH Nutrition, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
PSH Nutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. by email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1(737) 702-5399.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
