Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are unable to offer refunds on any non-physical product, such as a gift card.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where either nor eFunds are granted (if applicable)
- – Any item that is purchased more than 90 days after delivery
- – Any non physical item, such as a gift card
- – Frequent users/abusers of our Refund policy
- – A product purchased on a subscription which you have received at least twice
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your contact us regarding a refund within the 90 day timeframe, we will issue you a full refund to the payment method utilized for your purchase within five (5) business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
